Getting back to work - Guidelines

Phase One has been opened for most regions around the state and Phase Two will soon follow. To find if your business can open and with what restrictions, go to the 

NY Forward Business Reopen Toolkit (click to open), then enter the county your business is in and then your NAICS code. They are as follows; 

812110 - Hair, Nail & Skin Services (Spa) 

812111 - Barbershops 

812112 - Beauty Salons 

812113 - Nail Salons 

Follow the prompts to read the specific guidelines. At the end, you will need to click the link to confirm that you read and understand your obligation to operate within the accordance of these guidelines and submit the form.

Official news from new York state on covid-19

The Governor has stated that the re-opening will happen in Phases and on a Regional Basis based on the Regional Economic Development Regions. In addition, each region must meet seven public health metrics in order to reopen. Know which region you are in and view the most current metrics HERE.
